What can you buy for me?
Anything legal and shippable: products from 1688, Taobao, Alibaba, factory-direct samples, spare parts and packaging. Send a link or a reference photo and we will confirm feasibility and price.
Can you customize an existing model?
Yes. Colors, dimensions, materials, packaging and branding can be changed. Share the model and your spec; we quote tooling and sampling before production.
How is the final price calculated?
Product cost plus sourcing, negotiation, QC and repacking, quoted as one landed cost for your address. Duties are shown separately where applicable.
How do I pay?
After you approve the quote we send a secure payment link by email. Production orders start with a 50% deposit; the balance is due before dispatch.
How long does it take?
Quotes are sent within 48 hours. Sourcing usually takes 3-7 days, custom production 15-45 days depending on the spec, and shipping 5-20 days by air or sea.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain, unbranded parcels with no invoice inside. During consolidation we can remove all supplier packaging before shipping.
What if something goes wrong?
We inspect every item and share photos before dispatch. If goods arrive damaged or do not match the approved sample, we repair, replace or refund.
