Our Promise
We want you to love your order. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all included accessories. For hygiene and safety, items that have been opened from their sealed packaging may only be exchanged if defective.
How to Start a Return
Write to returns@keharbor.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and simple instructions.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.
Non-Returnable
Gift cards, lubricants, and items marked final sale are non-returnable. Personal lubricants are sealed for hygiene and cannot be returned once opened.

Every return is handled in plain, unbranded packaging. No one will know what is inside — that is our promise, and we take it seriously.
